The opportunities and risks of the Finnish oats

The Finnish Oat Association commissioned a report on the possibilities and risks of Finnish oats. The literature review was completed in the early months of 2024. Noora Mäkelä-Salmi and Miikka Laitinen from the University of Helsinki conducted the review.
